1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed by going to your My Account page and selecting the order and clicking on Cancel. If the Cancel option is not available, then it means we have already started to process your order, so you will need to contact us directly in order to initiate the cancellation process. To contact us, please call +919810006000 and send an email with your complete order information to info@mirari.com.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests within 7 days from the date of order Once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery we cannot cancel orders.

2. Tampered Packaging

Your items are securely packed in a tamper-evident bag which has a unique package ID on it.This will help you identify whether or not the package was intended for you.In case you suspect that the package may have been tampered with, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

· We will send the unique package ID to your registered email address and phones number when the package is out of delivery.

· You can also find it by clicking on the

Track Package button next to the order in Your Orders.

· If the wrong product was delivered to you by mistake, we will ship the correct product to you immediately upon receipt of your returned item.

3. Eligibility of Returns

Much as we would like to accept your returns at any time, to be fair to all parties involved in the creation of Mirari designs, products have been categorised as eligible/ineligible for returns. Products that are eligible can be returned within two weeks (15 days) of being delivered.

** Due to covid -19 pandemic currently return policy is closed.

Eligible products include:

a) Products are returnable within the applicable return window of you ‘ ve received them in condition that is physically damaged, has missing contents, defective and different from their description on the product detail page on Mirari.co.in

b) Return will be processed only if

* it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.

* the product is not different from what was shipped to you.

* the product is returned in original condition (with brand ‘s/ manufacturer ‘s box, MRP tag, etc.

c) Products marked as “ non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

d) Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyers’s remorse such as incorrect model or incorrect designs or incorrect product ordered.

5. Registering A Return Request

Please provide the following details while registering your Return Request: Order Number, Invoice Number, Order Date & Amount, and Nature of Complaint.

6. Return Credits

Following are the return guidelines:-

1) Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.

2) Once the return is received, you will in accordance with Mirari Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

3) All returns are subject to the discretion of Mirari
